Hours & Locations
The Interchange Food Pantry serves all Milwaukee residents who are battling hunger and food insecurity. Interchange ensures our guests have consistent access to nutrient-rich foods that not only alleviate the challenges of food insecurity but also contribute to the overall health of our guests.
The Interchange Food Pantry offers a warm and inviting environment where compassion is served in two ways: treating our guests with kindness and respect and providing quality nutritious food for our guests to eat a healthy and well-balanced diet.

Interchange Food Pantry acknowledges that certain guests cannot visit our facility to collect their food. As a result, IFP has implemented a proxy policy, allowing another individual to serve as a proxy to pick up and deliver groceries to their residence.
IFP Proxy Policy
Proxy: A household that cannot visit the pantry can assign another person to act as a “proxy” in their place who will pick up and deliver groceries to their household. A proxy is designated by filling out and returning a proxy form to the pantry.
Either the individual (serving as a proxy) or the guest (seeking proxy representation) initiates the proxy form request, fills it out, secures signatures from both parties and then submits it to Interchange.
Proxies are allowed two visits without returning the completed form.
Should the proxy form not be in our records by the third visit, the individual they are collecting groceries for will not be able to receive them through the proxy.
Guests are allowed to act as a proxy for two households.
IFP will review proxies on an annual basis.
Please use this link to download the proxy form for printing at home. It is also available upon a request at the pantry
